Drawing / Estimate
We will give you a drawing of your project for your approval. Once approved, you will sign a contract.

Down Payment
The deposit is typically between 25% to 50% , depending on materials required.

Building Project
We begin building your custom project, according to the approved drawing.
STEP 4
Installation & Approval
We complete installation and look for your final approval.

Final Payment
Once you love your completed project, you will make your final payment.

Payments can be made with check, bank transfer, cash, or credit card.
Typically, projects take 5-8 weeks from deposit, majority of time is production backlog, most installations are 1 to 2 days depending on size of project.
We can build anything within reason that has been done before.
We use multiple powder coat suppliers that have a plethora of colors to choose from! Non- standard colors usually add 2-4 weeks for delivery of the powder coating and a upcharge depending on color/ finish chosen. Our standard colors are gloss black, flat black, gloss white and gloss bronze.
Yes, our sister company James Access Control can satisfy any automation and access control desired.
Our drawings can take anywhere from 2-8 hours to draft so typically we would like to agree on design and pricing before we dedicate time to shop drawings.
We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty to protect customer on welds, hinges, sagging of gate, post drop, powder coating, etc.
We exclusively use Aluminum and Iron.
We can do onsite iron repair; aluminum can be brought to our shop for repair and reinstalled.
Our fence, handrail, stairs, and gates are guaranteed to be within code standards whereas needed.
